YOGA is like peeling an onion🧅

Layer after layer comes away as we come closer to the core of our being, our authentic selves.

It's your choice how far you go, and I'm not sure you're ever done - we keep learning right until the day we die.

But as you peel those layers away, you'll notice subtle changes!

What you eat🥗 how you dress, what you say, how you react, what you want out of life, will shift - perhaps so slightly, at first, that you barely notice it.

You will definitely start to slow down, to do things without stress or hurry - and oddly, you'll also find you achieve more🙏

There is no right and wrong way here. Yoga is a way of life, but that way is all about looking deep inside and finding the answers for yourself.

There are no rules.
It's up to you to decide🥰
