I am planning on starting a plan for 21 days that is cleaning eating, I personally do intermittent fasting, which works for me, but maybe not for, so if you are interested i can find what is best for you. I offer one, one instructions,about food, exercise,,and providing moral support. I will be doing a give away of a challenge pack to who ever wins for the drawing in 48 hours. Also we will start our challenge of clean eating july 11 so anyone can join and can join even if you don't have challenge pack and not do shakeology those are just tools you help you on your journey.

So Yesterday I made a personal challenge to by the end of the day sign up two personally sponsored Team Beachbody Coaches, and guess what I reached that goal thanks to StuMachine, and CoachSCramer12. So these two customers in turn become active coaches. That is exciting for them and also exciting for me, because now we are on a journey together in business and will continue to be in challenges and coaches together. We are all now reaching out together to try to help you all the way, whether that is with our challenges as a team, or individually, or with orders, or helping you make the decision to be a coach yourself.
