This pasta brand was mentioned by Stanley Tucci as the best GF pasta. It is the best I’ve ever had!! Not mushy. I can’t tell the difference in this from gluten pasta. I’ve seen it a little cheaper on other sites. Worth. Every. Penny. Just be careful because they also make gluten pasta. Made in Italy & it’s Italian on pkg. Just cook it until it’s done. It is amazing!
