It’s always a special week when our 180 Medical family comes together! Each quarter, we host Homecoming Week at our Oklahoma City headquarters, a time for our local employees to reconnect, celebrate successes, and take part in fun team activities.

From laughter-filled events and delicious food to recognizing our top-performing employees and big milestones during our quarterly meeting, it’s all a reminder of what makes 180 Medical such a great place to work: the people.

We’re wishing Derek a very happy 10th anniversary with 180 Medical! We love to honor our long-term employees by donating to a charitable organization that means something to them. Derek chose Generation Why.

He shares, “Generation Why is a local nonprofit founded by a close friend of mine, dedicated to reshaping the future for the next generation. It is a collective of creative artists such as dancers, rappers, and spoken word performers who use their talents to combat bullying and raise awareness about the growing rates of youth su***de. Through a holistic approach that blends creative expression, leadership training, character development, and personal mentoring, Generation Why empowers young people from the inside out. It nurtures both their minds and hearts, helping them express themselves, build resilience, and find their voice in a world full of noise. With a strong focus on mental health and personal growth, Generation Why teaches that true success is not measured by achievements or titles, but by living with purpose, intention, and integrity. Every lesson and every interaction plant seeds of confidence, clarity, and self-worth. Students leave with a deeper sense of purpose, motivation to reach their potential, and perhaps most importantly the strength to stay another day. Happy 10th anniversary with 180, Mike!

Join us in celebrating Mike's 10th anniversary with 180 Medical! In honor of Mike, we're donating to the charitable organization of his choice, the University of Iowa Health Care Stead Family Children's Hospital.

He shares, “This facility does so much for the patients and families here in Iowa. We are very lucky to have a facility like this for the kid of Iowa that provides such great care while also teaching and training future healthcare professionals in children’s medicine.”

Happy 15th Anniversary with 180, Jodie!! 🥳

We’re celebrating Jodie’s 15-year anniversary with 180 Medical this month! In her honor, we’re proud to donate to the charity of her choice, Special Olympics Arizona.

Jodie shares, “My youngest sister, Jamie, was born with Down syndrome, and when she was younger, she had the incredible opportunity to compete in the Special Olympics. Watching her and all the athletes give their all was such a powerful and joyful experience for our entire family. It’s a memory we still cherish and talk about often. I deeply admire the Special Olympics' mission and the positive impact they continue to make in our community.”

We’re wishing Shannon a very happy 15th anniversary with 180 Medical! To celebrate her big milestone with our company, we’re donating to the charity of her choice, Hunger Free Oklahoma.

Shannon shares, “ I’ve chosen Hunger Free Oklahoma as my charity to honor my father, who found joy in cooking for others and always extended a helping hand to friends and neighbors in need. Supporting this organization feels like a natural extension of his spirit, allowing me to carry forward his values by contributing to a cause that ensures families across Oklahoma have access to nutritious meals and the dignity that comes with them.”

We’re still feeling the groove from our recent Homecoming Week at the OKC headquarters office, a time when all our local employees get together at the home office to connect and have fun. This quarter’s theme had a 70s twist, celebrating our good vibes and great values.

In addition to a Disco Dress-Up Day, we held a Wellness Fair where our team got to check out local health-themed businesses, sign up for stretches and chair massages, learn about healthy food options, and even meet a few therapy dogs!

Plus, at our quarterly meeting, we all shared the joy in rewarding some of our top team performers and standout employees.
