The biggest lie in orthopedics. ❌

Patients assume that because they’ve hit a certain decade, chronic pain is just their new roommate.

Here’s the reality: While our joints do change over time, debilitating pain is not an inevitable part of aging.

Often, what we call "old age" is actually:
• Deconditioning (muscles
getting weaker).
• Compensatory patterns
(moving poorly to avoid a
small ache).
• Untreated inflammation.

Aging is mandatory. Feeling "broken" is optional.
