In 2025, we're raising the bar for accessible healthcare!

We’re continuing to grow in Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana, while expanding our test offerings, introducing specialized testing kits for rural areas, and extending operating hours to better serve healthcare providers and their patients.

Our ultimate goal remains the same: improving health outcomes by ensuring that no one has to choose between financial stability and medical care.

November is National Epilepsy Awareness Month 🧠

Epilepsy affects 3.4 million people in the U.S., yet it’s still widely misunderstood. This month, we’re helping raise awareness and promote earlier recognition.

Know the common signs:
Staring spells, confusion, jerking movements, loss of awareness, or repetitive motions.

First aid:
Stay calm, keep the person safe, turn them on their side, and call 911 if the seizure lasts over 5 minutes.

Whether or not you have insurance, lab tests should be transparent and affordable. Tribal Diagnostics partners with nearly all major insurance providers — but our heart is in serving underserved communities, especially Indian Country.

We’re proud to be in-network with national payers like United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, and Humana, as well as Medicare, 23 Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans, dozens of Medicaid programs, and hundreds of regional health plans across the country.

Today, on Veterans Day, we pause to honor all who have served–and we hold special gratitude for the Native and Indigenous veterans who have answered the call to protect our land and people.

Native communities continue to serve at rates higher than any other racial or ethnic group. That dedication reflects a deep sense of duty, courage, and love for community that continues to inspire us.

At Tribal Diagnostics, we recognize that service takes many forms–whether defending our nation, caring for our families, or working to improve the health and well-being of our communities. Today, and every day, we thank our veterans for their strength, sacrifice, and enduring spirit.

Community leaders and tribal members gathered this week to break ground on the new Eagle Seeker Clinic–a two-story, 3,500-square-foot space designed to meet the medical, mental, and cultural needs of urban Native Americans in Billings.

Located next to the existing Billings Urban Indian Health and Wellness Center, the clinic will expand access to primary care, mental health, and optometry services, while also centering cultural and spiritual healing.

“It’s mind, body, and soul for complete healing,” said Leonard Smith Jr., CEO of the Billings Urban Indian Health and Wellness Center.

The project reflects years of community effort, fundraising, and advocacy to close the healthcare gap for Native families in Montana, where urban Indian health centers serve nearly half the state’s Native population but receive just 1% of Indian Health Service funding.

Construction is expected to be completed in 2027, marking a significant step toward self-sufficiency, accessibility, and holistic healing for the community.
