October is SIDS Awareness Month 💛

This month, we pause to honor the lives of infants lost to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and to support the families and communities affected by it.

SIDS is the sudden, unexplained death of a baby under one year of age, often occurring during sleep. While the exact cause remains unknown, awareness and education play a vital role in prevention. We encourage families and caregivers to learn about safe sleep practices, including:

- Placing babies on their backs to sleep
- Using a firm, flat sleep surface without loose blankets or toys
- Sharing a room (but not a bed) with your baby

Today is World Mental Health Day.

At Tribal Diagnostics, we recognize that health is more than physical–it’s emotional, mental, and spiritual. Taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies.

We encourage everyone to take a moment to check in with themselves and the people around them. Whether through connection, movement, rest, or professional support, every small step toward mental well-being matters.
