Let's talk Diabetes.

November is Diabetes Awareness Month!

*Diabetes is a chronic condition where the body has trouble producing or using insulin, leading to high blood sugar levels.
Symptoms can include:
Increased hunger and thirst
Frequent urination
Blurry vision
Slow-healing sores, etc..

If left untreated, it can cause serious health problems, like blindness, kidney failure, and heart disease.

A healthcare provider can diagnose diabetes through blood tests.
Annual visits and routine screenings can help manage this!
