If you do your own taxes, always choose a partner from the IRS Free File website, that way you know they are legit. You don't want to give all your personal data to a scammer.

I have used most of the these companies in preparing taxes and I personally recommend TaxSlayer and FreeTaxUSA Even if you don't qualify for "free file" their prices are reasonable and as a former tax preparer, I like their platforms.

Tax season starts January 26th, this year.

EMPLOYEES: It's time to update your address & phone #'s if they have changed this year. We will be printing and mailing W-2's in a couple of weeks. You can also sign up to receive your W-2's and paystubs online by giving us your e-mail address.

Now is also a good time to update your W-4 to adjust your income tax withholding for next year or sign up for Direct Deposit.

Here is some helpful information for employees who are injured at work. If you are injured, notify your immediate supervisor and then notify the office. Do not rely on your supervisor to notify us, you need to call yourself.

If it is an emergency go to the emergency room and then notify the office ASAP. If it is not an emergency, call the office first and we will authorize an appointment for you at Concentra, our preferred urgent care provider.

If it is necessary to file a workers comp claim, we will file one for you.
