My path and mission is to guide others through unconscious programming, core wound trauma and raising your awareness through shadow work tools. I have been a student of Astrology since a young age and within the healthcare field for over 11 years. Being the witness to a healthcare system that relies so much on “quick fixes” and bypassing the deeper emotional wounds, gave me the contrast needed to seek alternative ways of healing myself and for guiding others. We are sitting within a monumental shift in humanity.

It's time to take what we've channeled within and begin the action steps externally.

We must address any limiting beliefs that tell us we aren't worthy so we may show up brightly into this reality.

You are beautifully unique and there is a gift inside your heart only you can share with the world.

We are paving a new way of learning the body's natural way of healing itself.
We are understanding about the Psyche more than ever and the emotional states that cause discord in the body. (sickness)
Trauma and conflict impact our physiology, this has been known.
I truly believe the New Age of Medicine is here!

Ancient and natural technologies are gaining momentum.
The future in healing is physics and not harsh chemicals.
If the body can get sick, it can also heal itself.
These are exciting times of ascension and inner wisdom.

If you are feeling the intense energy shifts and a redirected perspective, you aren't alone.

There are alot of projections occurring because many are unraveling aspects of themselves that are unknown.
They terrify them deeply and so it is directed externally.

This is how the Ego functions as a protective mechanism. If you push against its program, where is the identity?
If you don't have that belief, illness or story, who are we?
Says the Ego.

This temporary relief is a cycle that will continue like a ferris wheel until we choose to address our own inner pain.

Those who have been or are now doing the work are seeing a less polarized world.
So for those who don't want to leave that reality this may seem to them as if you are bypassing, or using your privilege to ignore their "reality".

We all came here with own healing to address and roles to play out.

Stand strong in your truth.
Practice kindness and gratitude everyday.
Be open to new ideas and perceptions.
But be so grounding in your boundaries when you know it just doesn't align with you.

Healing, growing and learning doesn't have to be so damn serious.

We are in this human ride for only so long and we can get caught up in needing to "fix" things.
It's then when we forget about the curious child inside of us.

Spirituality doesn't have to be so heavy. Intentional, yes.
Serious, no.
We have to laugh at each thing we didn't see coming. And the things we had an expectation towards and it turned out differently.

Remember to play and follow the path towards your joy during this upcoming eclipse season. The ride will be a lot less jolting if you do.

MERCURY MOVES INTO CANCER

Sometimes, we have to feel our way through.
Sometimes words aren't needed and that alone is hard to surrender into. Especially in Gemini Season and for those who feel they need to be seen through words. (I am one of them)

So I watch the quietness of nature. There are no words, yet there is sound and vibration. You don't need ears to hear this.
There is a brightness without language. A feeling without touch.
I'm learning this more each day.

Mercury in Cancer will offer nurturing words internally to the inner child, if we allow stillness.

Questions to ask ourselves:
Can we be alone in silence?
Can we nurture our being without guilt?
Can we receive easily?
Can we speak less and accept more?
Can we allow other's to be where they are emotionally, spiritually and physically without trying to "save them"?

There is no way around doing the work, if you want to ascend beyond the limitations programmed within you at a very young age.

I told a client this analogy once...
The cave you have feared walking into, had a black curtain hanging in it just 50 feet in. It was always an illusion.
And once you finally went all the way and pulled the curtain back, the land that is Pandora ( Avatar ) was there. A utopia of your own making.

We are afraid of what we can't yet see. Lean in. It's all an illusion.
