✨ Five Years of Growth and Gratitude ✨

Five years ago today, I stood in front of this office with a dream and a leap of faith. The vision was clear: to reduce the number of young women and men in their 30s and 40s facing hospitalizations at rehab facilities due to preventable health challenges.

The seed for this journey was planted back in 2012, but it wasn’t until 2020 that it fully came to life. Starting this business wasn’t easy, but every challenge has been worth it. Today, I am proud to look back at how far we’ve come and grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of so many.

Thank you to everyone who believed in this mission and supported me along the way. Here’s to continuing the work, empowering others, and building a healthier future. 💙
