Requirements:
Currently licensed, or under supervision as a clinical social worker in the state of Oklahoma.

Have completed a Masters Degree (or a Bachelors degree in a psychology related field for case managers​)

Have valid car insurance

Be able to pass a background check

Have current professional liability insurance
