Let us be your advocate for the benefits and care you deserve. We will assist you in processing all of the paperwork for you get the benefits and care you deserve. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. Federal civilian employees who are injured while working on the job for an agency of the United States are entitled to benefits under the Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA). We will work directly with the department of Labor Office of Workers' Compensation Program (OWCP) to handle your claim. OWCP claims can be complicated, time consuming and frustrating for the claimant. A failure to follow the rules or to submit required evidence can result in complete denial of benifits. We can help you through this difficult process. Our Federal Workers Compensation Coordinator, Emili Ruiz, has the expertise to help you. Emili Ruiz can be reached at (405) 219-2651. She will be able to answer many questions concerning your federal worker's compensation claims. We will take care of pre-authorization and coordination of care which may include:

Medical Evaluation
Physical Therapy
Referrals to board certified specialists
Medication
Durable Medical Equipment ( including braces, ect.) Functional Capacity Testing
Diagnostic Testing (X-Rays, MRI, etc.) Laboratory Testing
Scheduled Awards

We can also assist you with forms to:

File an initial notice of traumatic injury (new single incident injury)
File a notice of occupatioal disease (cumulative injury)
File for recurrence (existing injury)
File claim for compensation

Due to the forecast of ice/sleet tomorrow - Wednesday, February 23rd we have decided to reschedule appointments and close the clinic. Some providers will be doing virtual visits from their homes. Please visit our website www.broadwayclinic.com for information about our programs, scheduling appointments or prescription refills. We will be sure to monitor those requests closely. We will make a determination about Thursday as the storm progresses. Thank you!

Due to inclement weather we will close early today, Wednesday, February 2nd around 3pm. We will remain closed through Thursday. We will wait to assess road conditions Friday morning to determine if any further closures are necessary and will update this page at that time.
