Gale Parker is the CEO, Founder, and Owner of A1 Staffing & Recruiting Agency, Inc. in Oklahoma City, Ok. A1 Staffing is a temporary staffing firm that specializes in serving light industrial, government agencies, medical facilities, and emerging companies with administrative needs. Under Gale’s leadership A1 Staffing has evolved into one of Oklahoma’s staffing industry leaders, and has achieved consistenet revenue growth year after year. Her varied career includes all facets of the staffing industry from recruiting, placement, training, and management to business development.

For more than ten (10) years before Gale founded A1 Staffing in 2004, she guided the careers of hundreds of sales specialists. Gale has trained numerous sales teams and customer service specialists and provided personal leadership to ensure they met both their professionals goals and company sales quotas. Gale has developed an exeptional background in people with her professional style and excellent inter-personal communications skills, and has an uncanny knack for making the best possible use of her personal network.
