If your eyes feel exhausted by 3PM, you’re not alone.

Digital eye strain is common, but manageable.

This Workplace Wellness Month, try:
👁️ 20-20-20 rule
💧 Stay hydrated + use preservative-free tears
💡 Reduce glare and adjust lighting
🖥️ Keep screens at arm’s length
🩺 Schedule a vision check if symptoms persist

If your eye doctor had a book club, here's what would be the reading list.

From horror stories about sleeping in contact lenses to the mystery of glaucoma, we’ve seen it all.

The good news? Most of these “stories” have happy endings, especially when you schedule regular eye exams.

Glaucoma is sometimes called the “silent thief of sight.”

Vision loss typically begins slowly and without pain. Many people don’t realize they have it until peripheral vision is affected.

Comprehensive exams — including optic nerve evaluation and pressure measurement — are critical for early detection.

If you’re over 40 or have a family history of glaucoma, regular screening is especially important. Schedule your appointment today.

The sun is out longer. Patios are filling up. Kids are back in sports.

If you’re noticing more glare, squinting in bright light or trouble following the ball at a game, cataracts may be more noticeable this time of year.

Waiting won’t improve it. But treatment can. A clearer spring starts with a simple evaluation.

Call now to make your appointment.

Every day in the U.S., nearly 2,000 workers sustain job-related eye injuries.

The most important number?

Up to 90% of those injuries could have been prevented with proper eye protection.

During Workplace Wellness Month, it’s a simple but powerful reminder: Protective eyewear isn’t optional — it’s essential.

If you work in an environment with dust, debris, chemicals, tools, or machinery, make eye safety part of your daily routine.

Your vision protects your livelihood. Let’s protect your vision.
Schedule a comprehensive eye exam or ask us about safety eyewear options.
