Happy Holidays SYNERGY family! We had so much fun seeing everyone’s totally rad 80’s outfits and dance moves! We are so thankful for each and every one of you, and for the friendships we’ve built throughout the year. We recently got these photos back from David, and let me just say- y’all are STUNNING! We are so excited to be stepping into 2026 surrounded by so many hard working and inspiring people, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for next year! 🎉💗🎄

We are so thankful to get the opportunity each year to celebrate our office team! ☺️ This is a team that comes in every day and works to ensure we are running the best we possibly can! This is a team full of passionate and kind people that gracefully strive each day to put others first.

This year, our office has become a strong team, working together and all reaching towards the same goal. This office knows how to laugh together, lift each other up, and help each other out. So, what an incredible night to spend celebrating these people! 💕

This year, we got to recognize Jason Young as Employee of the Year for 2025! He puts 100% into everything he does! He has gone above and beyond so much this year, from his engagement with American Legions and communities, to his dedication to making others in the industry feel special… and let’s not forget his pranks around the office! He is so personable and never forgets someone he meets. We are so thankful for the difference he has made to our team!

We also got to recognize Jason Phan as Newcomer of the Year for 2025! This is his first year to work in this industry, and as our front desk, he is constantly looking for ways to help someone out. If he’s not answering the phone, Jason is offering to help someone load or unload their car, type documents up for them, or sticker marketing materials. He is always keeping the office clean and welcoming people as they come in. He has grown so much this year, and made such a big impact in the office!

There is so much more we could say about everyone on our team, but for now, WE LOVE YOU, OUR SYNERGY FAMILY!!! 💗🎉
