Seize the Day! Today could have been one of those days I talked myself into skipping a workout. "You're short on time", "One less run won't make a difference." Etc. But experience also reminded me of how good I feel getting out into the morning air. So I suited up and got out the door-just me and the morning. No ear buds, podcasts, just the sounds of my neighborhood. Do you have 10 minutes? A 10 minute walk is better than no walk! Revive your soul and enjoy this beautiful fall weather!
