A ruptured ectopic pregnancy with 2 liters of blood loss wasn't on my bingo card for 2025, but here we are! Thank you so much for your grace and your patience as I've been out of the office and resting these past 3 weeks. The OKC community has shown up for me and taken care of me this month in ways I could never have imagined, and that I am deeply grateful for. I feel blessed to be here, both in OKC, and you know... alive. I'm easing back into work, which never feels like work because this office is my heart and soul embodied. Every day here is a good day. Thank you for sharing in it with me. 2025 has been wild. 2026 will be even wilder. Don't blink.

🕉 I'll be teaching a free yoga nidra this Saturday at 3:30pm! 'Nidra' is sanskrit for sleep, and yoga nidra aims to foster awareness between wakefulness and slumber. I will be at the fair all weekend long, and you can swing by the Radiant Healing Arts Center booth to come say hi! 👋

🧘🏼‍♀️ I'll be at the booth Saturday before class from 12-3:15pm and Sunday from 1-4:00pm. The booth is right next to the classroom I'll be teaching in, so you can't miss us!

How am I spending my Monday out of the office this week? Harvesting and transplanting fall roots! 🌿

This video shows me dividing and transplanting Elecampane, one of my favorite medicines for upper respiratory infections and productive coughs. All of the plants grown organically in my garden end up in my medicine cabinet. 🌼

👀 A peek behind the scenes as to what muscle recovery looks like for my current overuse injury.

ALIV is an amino acid injection full of BCAAs perfect for muscle metabolism after trauma. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, and branched-chain amino acids are essential AAs, meaning that your body cannot create them, so they have be obtained through diet or supplementation. 🥳 It's birthday month at Spine & Spirit! What started as a dream is now one year old. 🥰

🙏 I don't have enough words to say thank you--to express just what being your doctor this past year has meant to me. I took a leap of faith moving across the country last year to open this office, and so many of you opened your arms to catch me.
