Next we'd love for everyone to meet KELLI! She's the newest instructor to our space, but we couldn't imagine it now without her! The queen of early mornings, and the queen of relaxation, Kelli will be sure to get you moving & grooving better than ever before!
Kelli offers a wide range of classes including our traditional MVMNT format, a weekly JUMP class, as well as a Recovery class aimed at melting all your stress and tension away! She's always willing to jump in and cover a class when we need her so you may get lucky and see her outside of her scheduled hours, but you can always catch her on the schedule the following days:
Monday: 5:30 & 6:30AM
Tuesday: 5:30 & 6:30 AM
Thursday: 5:30 & 6:30 AM
Friday: 10 AM & 11 AM
Every other Sunday: 9 AM & 10 AM
A little more about Kelli:
Kelli found Pilates and yoga over twenty years ago and has never looked back. Certified in Pilates, Yoga, Spin, and multiple apparatus, Kelli believes movement is medicine—and that teaching begins with being a forever student. Her classes are thoughtful, intelligent, and deeply supportive, blending strength, awareness, and nervous-system wisdom. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find Kelli doing exactly what she loves most—using daily movement to stay balanced, exploring the outdoors, skiing, hiking, and soaking up time with her husband and dogs. She brings grounded presence, curiosity, and quiet confidence to every class, helping students move with resilience, grace, and purpose. Kelli is currently working on her Master Pilates Certification and hopes to expand her knowledge and share that knowledge with her clients.
