In case yall didn’t know, we now have a monthly FREE military class with the lovely .girl.17! Our second one is tomorrow at 11:30, and there are still spots left!

All you need to do to grab a spot is send us a picture of your military ID, and we’ll load the pass into your account, allowing you to book any future free military class! Text us a picture to (405) 215-9026 or email to mvmntlabwellness@gmail.com

And for your sessions in between, grab any of our class packs for 10% off, put a card on file, message us and we’ll do the rest!

Let’s meet SARAH! Our early morning, Friday funday girlie!! Sarah is here to flow with you into your weekends! She’s been with us for a long time, but originally as a client, but she’s working on her Pilates certification, and is our newest PTA!! She’s another team member able to provide wellness services and we’re so grateful to have her!

Come move with Sarah the following times ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Friday: 5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 8:30 AM(starting in May)
Periodically on Saturdays

Sarah is available for group classes, private classes, private lessons, and wellness sessions!

A little more about Sarah:
Sarah’s love for Pilates began a year ago and has led her on a journey to become an instructor. She hold a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and recently graduated from physical therapy assistant school, with plans to work as a pediatric PTA. She is passionate about mindful movement and helping others build strength and confidence. Outside of the studio, she enjoys running, spending time with friends and family, caring for her plants, and cheering on the OKC Thunder!

MVMNT MADNESS 2026 - back && better than ever!! Y’all thought the other challenges were fun, this one just gets a little chaotic, but in the best ways possible!!

It’s like March Madness but with Pilates balls instead of basketballs, WAY BETTER in our opinion!! But for those who do appreciate a little basketball we’ve still got a bracket challenge thrown in the mix!!

Challenge breakdown ⬇️
🏀 team challenge - join a team next time you’re in studio, and start accumulating points March 17-April 6, team with the most points at the end gets 2026 MVMNT MADNESS CHAMPIONS shirt && the ever important bragging rights

Next we'd love for everyone to meet KELLI! She's the newest instructor to our space, but we couldn't imagine it now without her! The queen of early mornings, and the queen of relaxation, Kelli will be sure to get you moving & grooving better than ever before!

Kelli offers a wide range of classes including our traditional MVMNT format, a weekly JUMP class, as well as a Recovery class aimed at melting all your stress and tension away! She's always willing to jump in and cover a class when we need her so you may get lucky and see her outside of her scheduled hours, but you can always catch her on the schedule the following days:

Monday: 5:30 & 6:30AM
Tuesday: 5:30 & 6:30 AM
Thursday: 5:30 & 6:30 AM
Friday: 10 AM & 11 AM
Every other Sunday: 9 AM & 10 AM

A little more about Kelli:
Kelli found Pilates and yoga over twenty years ago and has never looked back. Certified in Pilates, Yoga, Spin, and multiple apparatus, Kelli believes movement is medicine—and that teaching begins with being a forever student. Her classes are thoughtful, intelligent, and deeply supportive, blending strength, awareness, and nervous-system wisdom. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find Kelli doing exactly what she loves most—using daily movement to stay balanced, exploring the outdoors, skiing, hiking, and soaking up time with her husband and dogs. She brings grounded presence, curiosity, and quiet confidence to every class, helping students move with resilience, grace, and purpose. Kelli is currently working on her Master Pilates Certification and hopes to expand her knowledge and share that knowledge with her clients.

Our next introduction… MACEY! Y’all have seen her in the studio likely practicing or observing classes, but in case you missed it… she’s now got her own classes on the schedule as she is now in her practice teaching phase of her training!

We’re blown away with Macey’s kindness, and her ability to dive right in, always willing to help where she can! Find Macey on the schedule the following times ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Wednesday: 5:30 AM Pilates, 6:30 AM Pilates, 8:30 AM Pilates
Every other Saturday: 9:30 AM Pilates, 10:30 AM Pilates, 11:30 AM Pilates
She’s also stepped up to cover Kate while she’s on maternity leave, teaching Tuesday & Thursday 5:00 PM Pilates, 6:00 PM Strength

Macey is also available for private lessons & classes, and is a PTA so can take care of you for a wellness session if you need a little TLC!

Here’s a little more about Macey:

Macey is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant currently working toward her Pilates certification. She loves guiding others through intentional movement and empowering them to feel stronger, more balanced, and capable in their everyday lives, and she enjoys continually learning new skills to better support those she works with. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her husband, their golden retriever Sam, and family and friends.

With lots of new faces (both from us and you!) and a few new formats, we’ve been getting lots of questions on what each of our labs consist of, so we thought it was time to break it down for you! If you’ve looked at our schedule and feel lost on what to book, here’s some more details for you ⬇️

- MVMNT LAB - our bread and butter, what our studio is named after, it’s a classically based class incorporating contemporary, more functional elements — with Amy’s background in physical therapy she’s seen the need for focused work as well (especially glutes & core!) so in this class you’ll usually be working one muscle group at a time, you’ll notice more props in MVMNT class compared to classical, we find that MVMNT is typically simpler to grasp, but varies more with each class!

- CLASSICAL LAB - this format follows the methodology of Joseph Pilates (creator of Pilates) it will help deepen your foundation of Pilates, we find it to be more choreographical, incorporating more full body moves throughout class. We find this class can be a bit more technical to learn so can be more challenging for beginners, but once you’ve learned the moves they change less and less from class to class so once you’ve learned it, you’ve got it for life! Beginners still absolutely welcome, we’ll always help break it down for ya!

- JUMP LAB - we take the footbars down, and pop in jump boards, and you spend the class (mostly horizontally) jumping! This class will increase your heart rate, and likely fatigue your muscles a bit more! While typically more focused on the legs, we can change the springs to really fire up the core, and also learn ways to jump with the arms!

- STRENGTH LAB (NOT PILATES) - this is a strength training class to supplement your Pilates classes! Using weights, resistance bands, or body weight to challenge your body in different ways to really work towards muscular strength and hypertrophy

- RECOVERY LAB (NOT PILATES) - think of this class as a self massage, a love letter to your body after working it so hard through the week! Melt tension away with foam rollers & myofascial balls, and allow yourself to de-stress and let go!

For our first introduction we’d like to reintroduce KATE! We introduced her to y’all last year when she joined our team teaching our strength classes, but she’s since expanded her palate and wrapping up her 250 hour Pilates certification! She’s still got her strength training classes, but she’s also got her trainee Pilates classes on the schedule now too!!

We all know and love Kate, and if you don’t…. You should! Pop into one of her final classes before shes on maternity leave welcoming her first baby girl into the world!

Tuesday: 7:30 AM Pilates, 8:30 AM Pilates, 9:30 AM Pilates, 4:30 PM Pilates, 5:30 PM Strength
Thursday: 4:30 PM Pilates, 5:30 PM Strength

Kate is also available in our personal training room for private personal training sessions, as well as Pilates private lessons, and private group classes!

Here’s a little more about our lovely Kate:

Kate is an Air Force veteran, nutrition coach, and endurance athlete, with a masters in psychology and certifications in everything from hormones to performance fueling, she blends data with behavior change to help athletes, parents, military members, and mamas live stronger lives. She is currently completing her pilates teacher training with MVMNT Lab, and is currently training by lifting, doing pilates, growing a human, and wrangling 3 pups!

Did you know MVMNT Lab offers an experience far beyond Pilates? It’s one thing that really makes our studio special, promoting wellness from all angles!

With a physical therapist, and physical therapist assistants we’re able to offer you a 1:1 private pay wellness services to help with any pain, injury, discomfort you may be experiencing! With services including trigger point dry needling for muscle knots, cupping, soft tissue and joint mobilization, and specific exercise prescription we can get you moving and feeling better even faster in your MVMNT journey!

What kinds of things do we treat the most? ⬇️
- neck pain
- headaches
- lower back pain
- sciatic pain
- TMJ/jaw pain
- common joint pains (ankle, knee, hips, shoulders, elbows, you name it)
