Hi, I’m Haley—Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, wife to a dedicated firefighter/first responder, and mom to three little ones who inspire everything I do. My own health journey, marked by endometriosis, and autoimmune challenges, taught me the importance of truly listening to the body and supporting it long before illness takes root.

Long before I became a nurse , I was a young woman trying to make sense of my debilitating symptoms that often felt bigger than me. I learned what it felt like to sit in exam rooms searching for answers, to feel unheard, to endure countless surgeries and pain both physically and mentally and to wonder if I’d ever feel truly well. Those experiences planted a seed in me—they would become my “why.”

Before becoming an NP, I spent years as an RN in the ICU, ER, and PACU—experiences that shaped my understanding of both acute and chronic illness. In recent years, I’ve also served as a primary care provider for children from birth through age 21. Caring for kids and their families has strengthened my commitment to education, prevention, and empowering patients from the very beginning.

The years on the front lines of medicine deeply influenced the provider I am today. I witnessed how chronic disease develops over time, and it ignited my passion for prevention-focused care that addresses root causes—not just symptoms.

Alongside my part-time work in urgent care, I’m building a practice centered on functional wellness, aesthetics, movement, and lifestyle medicine. Exercise , whole foods , and intentional movement have played a huge role in my own healing, and I love helping others incorporate them to build confidence, strength, and long-term health.

I’m still healing and growing, walking my own wellness journey every day. I’ve learned that health isn’t a finish line—it’s a continual process of learning, unlearning, and evolving. I’m a lifelong learner, always seeking new ways to support myself and my patients with more wisdom, compassion, and curiosity.

Today, my mission is simple: help people feel better, look better, and live with renewed confidence from the inside out.
