a large driving force behind our brand is education!

our founder (sophia) has a background in traditional naturopathy which consists of looking at the underlying causes of ailments by evaluating the whole person—body, mind, & spirit—rather than simply band-aiding symptoms.
this looks like supporting the body’s innate healing abilities through non-invasive, natural modalities, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, herbal medicine, homeopathy, etc., to prevent illness & encourage wellness. we call this a ‘root cause’ approach!

it is important to us that we share how the body functions + the ‘why’ behind our passion for NON-TOXIC living. ♻️🌍🌱
