We’re under 48 hours away, and it’s all coming together! We are so grateful to everyone who is potching in! This is what I have been most excited about in becoming a business owner: helping people. This is my dream come true.

Holly Love Yoga is back with a workshop to Fall for!

Grounding with Gratitude is happening on SATURDAY, NOV 15 @ 2pm, and we are so excited to get cozy with you, count blessing, reframe challenges, and set intentions for everything that's to come!

Holly holds and leads this space for all to come and find the good in the past year, setting a foundation from which to move forward with grace. Bring your cozy clothes, journal or notebook, and your mind full of things, and we're going to get mindful this fall. $35 pre-order, $40 at the door.

Calling all heroes, dancers, and daydreamers! 🌟
Step into the K-Pop Demon Hunters world this Sunday — a yoga-inspired dance session where kids become heroes and parents join the fun.
🎟️ $10 entry | Parents $5 with child ticket
45 minutes of music, movement, and pure imagination!

Don't forget to stop by Chelsea's Pickles pickle stand out front before and after the dance party! Lindsey will hook you up with some pucker worthy pickles for your pennies.

*As always, we will not turn anyone away for not being able to pay. Come play with your inner demon hunter pop star! If you're someone who can afford to pay more to help our studio and support our policy of turning no one away on basis of money, you're always welcome to donate, ask us how!

Kpop Demon Hunters Soundtrack Dance party for Kids and Adults 1pm

Chelsea's Pickles will be out front shilling jars of that sour good stuff all afternoon - stop by and say hi, bring us EVERY dog to pet and give treats, and don't forget we're doing a Community Food Share Saturday, and you can contribute to the Plaza District food drive during the event Sunday!

LIVE! on The Plaza will be moving to every 2nd Sunday during the colder months from noon-4pm!

Come hang with us this Sunday, November 9th and get ready for the holiday season! The Plaza is full of amazing local businesses that are sure to have what you need for all your gift giving needs!

We’ll gather at Plaza Yoga & Bodywork this Saturday, starting at 1PM and continuing until the food runs out.
