And maybe your focus is on the best health and physique you can attain in 2026. There is room for some cookies and drinks - there is no room for 20+

There’s a reason Daily Mindful Movement is a GreenStrength pillar.

What you do in the gym doesn’t matter much to me.
What program you follow doesn’t matter much to me.
What camps or systems you align with doesn’t matter much to me.

What matters most—first and foremost—is whether you’re building the daily habits that actually move the needle over the long haul.

Of course I care about performance and the “hard” stuff. I love teaching it.

But if you want to sustain performance, you need healthy daily habits that keep the whole train moving forward.

Eat real food

Throwback video a friend sent me the other day…

There was a long stretch of my life where I lived on the edge — pushing boundaries, chasing extremes, and stacking some wild feats of strength, endurance, and capacity.

Two that still stick with me:
• Deadlifting over 3x my bodyweight
• Running a sub-3-hour marathon

I’m proud of those moments, but these days I’m far less attached to that all-or-nothing mindset. I’ve had to actually practice the same things I teach — and that’s not always easy. In fitness, our ego loves to be fed, and that alone is what drives most of the injuries, setbacks, aches, pains, and program failures we see.

Those feats were cool… but they’re not the foundation of a healthy, sustainable, active life. They’re extremes — powerful, but short-lived.

The real game?
Short steps. Long vision.
That’s where freedom, strength, and longevity live.

Small move. Big return.

Toe rockers wake up your feet, ankles, and lower chain like nothing else. They reconnect you to the ground, strengthen the toes, open the arches, and teach your whole body how to load and unload naturally.

A few slow reps sprinkled into your warm-ups or daily movement snacks can change how you walk, run, lift, and balance.

Simple. Powerful.

Stop beating yourself up.
