Did you know that when you take certain medications can be just as important as how you take them? Some medications work best when taken at specific times to ensure proper absorption and effectiveness.

Thyroid medications are a great example:
✔️ Take them in the morning on an empty stomach
✔️ At least 30 minutes before eating
✔️ 2 hours before taking any other medications or supplements
✔️ With a full glass of water
✔️ At the same time every day for consistent absorption
