We spent the week at Argentum’s Public Policy Fly In in Washington DC, advocating at the federal level for Senior Socialization & Longevity, Helping Seniors Pay For Care, Reducing Workforce Shortages & better reimbursements for our LTC Pharmacies.
We are grateful to spend time with our Oklahoma Representatives!

Career advancement is one of the strongest levers states have to stabilize and grow the long-term care workforce!

States are using Medicaid funding, workforce grants, and partnerships with community colleges and training providers to support upskilling, leadership development, and credential attainment. These policy approaches are designed to reduce turnover, improve job quality, and ensure long-term care workers can build sustainable careers while meeting the growing needs of an aging population.
