No surprise here.. When will people realize, increasing Vitamin D3, Zinc and Vitamin C during winter months. Keep your immunity high and you have a better chance to keep from catching the flu. Wash your hands and eat healthy. Bacteria/Viral infections use sugar as fuel so cut back on sugar and caffeine/nicotine when feeling a cold coming on. Influenza is ever changing, takes six months to make the ‘Flu vaccine’ which by the time it is made the flu has changed and morphed into something different making the flu vaccine null and void. About Our Lovely Chiropractor:

Dr. Pamela Gore is a Oklahoma native, and raised through out the Mid-West due to her fathers' airline career. She was introduced into Chiropractic Care in the early 90's, and in this time, it changed her and her family's life forever. Dr. Gore pursued her undergraduate in North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Missouri. She graduated in the class of 2003 from Cleveland Chiropractic College (KS, MO) with a Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.) and concurrent Bachelor in Science (B.S.) In Human Biology. Life outside of the office, Dr. Gore is a proud mother of twin daughters. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends and, of course her dogs.
