Breath is more than something we do automatically; it’s a powerful gateway to awareness, balance, and transformation.

This April, we’re offering Paths to Prana, a 20-hour training designed to deepen your understanding of breath and how it shapes both the physical and subtle body. Through embodied practice and thoughtful study, we’ll explore how breath influences movement, energy, and the way we teach.

Together we’ll dive into:
• Physiology of breath and the muscles of respiration
• Subtle body anatomy — vayus, bandhas, and nadis
• Identifying and repatterning dysfunctional breathing habits
• Embodied pranayama and breath-centric asana
• Postural refinement, myofascial release, and conscious breath awareness

This training unfolds across five Thursday evenings in April (5:30–8:30 pm), creating space for a slower, more integrated learning process. You’ll have time to absorb the material, embody the practices, and apply them with confidence in your personal practice and teaching.

Participants will also receive video practices and guided breath explorations to support continued study beyond our time together.

This module counts for 20 hours toward This Land Yoga’s 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training or Yoga Alliance CE hours.

✨ TLY 200-hour graduates receive 15% off
✨ Trainees save 15% when bundling two or more modules

If you’re ready to deepen your relationship with breath and the way prana moves through your practice, we’d love to have you with us.

Space is limited. Learn more and reserve your spot through the app or website. 🤍

The light returns and what has been resting begins to rise. 🌞🌱

Join us on Saturday, March 21 from 2:00–4:30 pm for Rooted Vision: A Spring Equinox Offering — a seasonal workshop to move, reflect, and set intentions with care.

Shannon and Melissa are teaming up again for this Spring Equinox gathering. For several years, they’ve marked the turning of the seasons through these quarterly practices, creating space to pause, reflect, and realign with the rhythms of nature.

The spring equinox marks a turning point; a moment of balance, clarity, and forward momentum. Together, we’ll explore how to bring vision into form through intentional movement, reflection, and subtle body practices.

We’ll begin with a clarifying flow to awaken energy and inspire forward motion, followed by guided journaling to organize your ideas into grounded, actionable steps. Yin postures with acupressure will nourish focus and support steady growth, while gentle threads of Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy offer insight into how energy moves through the body and how intention shapes that movement.

We’ll close with a sound healing experience to integrate and anchor what you’re ready to cultivate.

Align with what truly wants to grow and tend it with intention. ✨

Spots are limited. Reserve your place through the link in our bio. 🤍

Your breath is more than a mechanism. It is a bridge.

Beginning April 2, join us for Pathways of Prana, a 20-hour advanced training led by Holly Bray, exploring breath as both a physiological foundation and an energetic pathway.

This module invites you to slow down and study what is always with you. We’ll examine the anatomy of respiration: the muscles, the patterns, the imbalances, and how the way we breathe shapes our nervous system, resilience, and vitality.

From there, we move deeper.

Into the five Vayus.
Into Spanda: the subtle pulse of life.
Into the Suṣumṇā and the network of Nāḍīs through which prāṇa flows.

Through postural refinement, embodied movement, myofascial release, bandha work, and foundational and advanced prāṇāyāma, you’ll learn how to restore healthy breathing patterns in yourself & how to skillfully guide your students into a breath-centric practice that is steady, intelligent, and transformative.

Each evening is designed for integration. Lecture and discussion woven with breath labs, movement, and reflection. Space to embody what you’re learning; space to refine your voice as a teacher.

If you feel called to teach from the inside out, where breath organizes the rhythm of practice and prāṇa becomes the thread, this training is for you.

There is a different kind of power in slowing down. 🧘

Join us for Restorative Yoga & Therapeutic Adaptations, a 30-hour immersion led by Aubrey Gary, and step into the healing art of stillness.

In a world that asks us to move faster and do more, Restorative Yoga invites us to soften. To listen. To support the nervous system with intention. This training is for teachers and dedicated students who feel called to make yoga more accessible, more inclusive, and more deeply supportive for everybody.

Over four weeks together, we’ll explore how rest becomes medicine. You’ll learn how to skillfully use props, breathwork, and thoughtful sequencing to help regulate stress, respond to anxiety and pain, and create environments where students feel safe enough to truly let go.

This immersion is experiential, practical, and rooted in care. You’ll leave prepared to lead a complete Restorative class, integrate therapeutic adaptations into your offerings, and confidently support students navigating injury, chronic pain, or overwhelm.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to deepen your understanding of healing through yoga, this is your invitation. We begin on February 28. Space is intentionally limited to allow for hands-on mentorship and meaningful connection.

Join us. Let’s remember the wisdom of rest together. 🤍✨

On February 8 at 1 pm, we’re honored to offer a free Veterans Flow + Restore class, sponsored by The Siotha Project.

This class is led by Reagan (), whose intention comes from lived experience. For him, this offering is about giving back freely to a community that carries a unique weight and mental load. Many veterans may hold layers of guilt and trauma shaped by experiences they didn’t fully understand at one point. This monthly practice is one small way to support healing where it’s needed most.

This all-levels Flow & Restore blends gentle, mindful movement with supportive restorative postures to encourage strength, mobility, and breath regulation. No yoga experience is required, and all postures are adapted to meet individual needs.

After class, you’re invited to stay and connect with other veterans and families in the community.
