Thank you to all the friends, family and volunteers who came to join us yesterday at Meadowlake Estates for our 2025 Holiday Party! 🎄✨

The afternoon was filled with vibrant live music on piano, vocals and violin that had everyone singing along, food prepared by our AMAZING Dietary staff, and smiles all around. 🎵

Every single one of our residents got a present this year, thanks to the efforts of those in our community and our facility who were able to make donations and take Sweet Wishes off our tree. To every single person who was able to contribute to making their year end on a high note — we all thank you! 💫

The holiday spirit is alive and thriving at Meadowlake Estates! 🎄 Our wonderful residents have been busy creating beautiful homemade ornaments and festive Christmas crackers, filling our spaces with creativity and joy.

We support our residents by giving them opportunities to create handcrafted decorations. Nothing is as heartwarming as seeing the pride and happiness on their faces as they showcase their individual artistic talents.

We're filled with warmth and gratitude! ☕ A huge thank you to Trinity Hospice for bringing joy to our residents with an amazing Hot Cocoa Bar. These thoughtful gestures mean the world to our community.

There's something magical about gathering together over steaming cups of cocoa, sharing stories, and creating precious memories. Our residents had the most wonderful time enjoying delicious hot chocolate and the caring company of the Trinity Hospice team.

The holiday spirit is alive and thriving at Meadowlake Estates! 🎄✨

Our residents have come together to transform our facility and decorating our Christmas trees. There's nothing quite like seeing their excitement as they hang each ornament and add their personal touches to create something beautiful, together.

The sense of community and togetherness is strong during this special time of year, and reminds us how important Christmas is to our residents. Watching them collaborate, share stories, and spread holiday cheer while decorating brings warmth to all our hearts. 🎅❤️
