Muscogee Nation Department of Health Improving the Quality of Life For Our People and For Our Communities. The hospitals serve the public, including eligible Native American beneficiaries.

The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Health is a tribally owned health care system in Oklahoma comprised of seven clinics and three hospitals. The clinics and programs are designed for the benefit of eligible Native American beneficiaries. Hospitals: Creek Nation Community Hospital- Okemah, Muscogee Creek Nation Medical Center- Okmulgee, The Physical Rehabilitation Center- Okmulgee which houses a Long-term Acute Care Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility, and outpatient Physical, Occupational, Speech, Aquatics, and Cardiac Rehab therapy programs.
