The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Health is a tribally owned health care system in Oklahoma comprised of seven clinics and three hospitals. The clinics and programs are designed for the benefit of eligible Native American beneficiaries. Hospitals: Creek Nation Community Hospital- Okemah, Muscogee Creek Nation Medical Center- Okmulgee, The Physical Rehabilitation Center- Okmulgee which houses a Long-term Acute Care Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility, and outpatient Physical, Occupational, Speech, Aquatics, and Cardiac Rehab therapy programs. MCN Health will return to 𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗟 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 on 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 27. Patients who are unable to drive may still be offered a telehealth option.

𝗢𝗸𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗴𝗲𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 and 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗢𝗮𝗸 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 will 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 and will be open from 8AM to 7PM.

The Sapulpa Clinic will be temporarily closed on Friday, January 16, from 9:30–11:30 a.m. to allow staff to attend the Sapulpa Health Center Groundbreaking Ceremony.

Regular clinic operations will resume following the ceremony.
