Affordable residential drug and alcohol treatment, a short drive from Seattle. We offer a residential treatment program in Olalla and an outpatient treatment program in Gig Harbor to help you find your whole self on your journey through recovery. Focusing on a lasting recovery, we treat each patient with respect and dignity. We recognize each person as a unique individual with unique circumstances.

Perfect for anyone passionate about behavioral health and helping others! As a Treatment Aide, you’ll work directly with our guests, supporting them through daily activities, check-ins, and ensuring safety and comfort. This is a part-time role where kindness, compassion, and a desire to learn make all the difference. Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

⚡ Admission Specialist | Residential Program, Olalla Guest Lodge
Are you compassionate, organized, and excited to help people start their recovery journey? As an Admission Specialist, you’ll work directly with callers seeking care, connect them to appropriate programs, and provide guidance through the admissions process. This full-time position is perfect for anyone looking to grow in the behavioral health field. Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
