We celebrated our last Friday 6am group session of 2025 with some squats and took a moment to acknowledge the incredible progress each of them has made. 👏🏼
Eghosa, Kelly, David, and Andrea have been dedicated and willing to challenge themselves week after week since we started working together in August.
👇🏻A few highlights of their efforts:
🏆Eghosa added 100lbs to his RDLs and 40lbs to his squat❗️
🏆Kelly added 30lbs to her RDLs and saw huge improvements in form on all of her barbell lifts❗️
🏆David added 60lbs to his deadlift, 50lbs to his bent over rows, and 40lbs to his squat❗️
🏆Andrea (currently in her last month of pregnancy) continued to perform ALL of the barbell movements and still added 30lbs to her RDLs and 15lbs to her bent over rows❗️
I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for this crew. Thanks for all of your hard work!
