Happy Veteran’s Day! We are so grateful for the sacrifices made by all veterans to protect and defend our country and our way of life.

The community is home to many veterans and their families. Thank you for choosing us as your gym family!

Although, Atreyu made this with his uncle in mind, we felt it the perfect way to express our gratitude this year and hope it brightens your day!

USPA Battle in the Heartland @ 9am tomorrow

We are honored to host another USPA event and all of the competitors and spectators. We look forward to another day of competition and dedicated people lifting some HEAVY weight.

Our KBF Community is being represented by an awesome group of competitors who would love your support tomorrow.

Brian Harmon will lead the charge in this meet as a seasoned competitor, coach, and the catalyst for bringing the USPA into KBF.

Jessica Myers will make her 2nd platform appearance and after a great first meet we look forward to seeing her excel.

Patrick Donnelly will be representing from the Olathe Trailblazers Special Olympics powerlifting team and is a fierce competitor we all love to watch.

Tracie Stanton & Bruce Monke will be making their platform debuts tomorrow at 60 and 75 years young. Tracie and Bruce have been training with Kristy and Nathan (respectively) for 8 years. It is truly special to walk alongside someone and be a part of their fitness journey for so long & to coach them in their first meet. Look for Tracie and Bruce to have impressive first time performances.

🫵🏼Join us for our 2nd Annual Push/Pull competition with all proceeds benefiting the Olathe Trailblazers Special Olympics Powerlifting team.

🙏🏻With your support we raised over $3000 last year and were able to equip the team with brand new Nike MetCon lifting shoes for this season! 👏🏼

Whether a seasoned lifter or a beginner, this is a great event and one we hope to see you at! 👀

The class capacity is limited, so we will operate on a first come/first serve basis.
