Most people blame their age. More often, it’s simply a lack of maintenance… or getting hurt from taking the wrong approach.
Strength, speed, and explosiveness don’t just disappear overnight. They quietly erode when we stop asking our body to do athletic things on a regular basis.
Being an athlete is a mindset and a practice. Neither is limited by age or starting ability. They’re built through choices and consistency.
