National Home Care Company is seeking a Care Manager for the Kansas City Metro area location. Please apply on our website kansascity.caringseniorservice.com/ or submit resume here. Must have 3 years experience working in Home Care and or working within the Senior Community. This individual will oversee all hiring, scheduling, intakes, and create client care plans. On call every other weekend, and nights. Must be able to work 20 hours in the field weekly, and cover shifts on a PRN basis. Excellent interpersonal skills, and possess computer proficiency with excel, word, and data entry. Must also be able to resolve conflicts that may arise quickly
Must have reliable transportation, proof of car insurance, verifiable work experience and references, and also be able to pass a National Criminal background check.
Candidate must be a team player, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Professional business acumen is an integral requirement. Training is provided.
