Weekly Anxiety Tips for Adolescents with Anxiety & Depression

Concern: Adolescents struggling with anxiety and depression tend to get stuck, having apathy in life and little motivation. They can stay stuck for a long time, not knowing how to get help which can leave them as well as their parents feeling hopeless.

The Solution: By teaching the concrete skill of what apathy does, how to change your mindset about it, and concrete skills to move out of it, you're better able to help a teen move out of anxiety and depression into living a meaningful life.

Our Story

Renew Counseling was founded in 2005 by Director Kori Bohn with the mission to inspire and restore wholeness, one soul at a time.

We have more than 20 professionals on staff that provide excellent services for depression, anxiety, bipolar, eating disorders, bariatric surgery, marriage and couples counseling, general individual counseling, sexual addictions, career counseling, play therapy, grief, self-injury and more.

Last September, The Anxiety Center at Renew was created to focus on helping adults 18+ with anxiety disorders including general anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, OCD and PTSD. The group program is 6 weeks, M, T, Th from 5:30-8:30 pm.
