Of course it’s important to take care of the physical body, and yet there is so much more to wellness than just what we see on the outside.

Your emotional body - the thoughts, fears, worries, resentments, unresolved pains - these are the unseen weights that influence our energy, our peace, and even our physical vitality.

Meditation, journaling, therapy, or simply quiet contemplation are not indulgences separate from physical fitness. They are acts of profound self-care.

When we clear the inner clutter, we create space for vitality, clarity, and peace. Our bodies respond. Our relationships flourish. Our lives feel lighter.

True health is not just the absence of illness; it’s the alignment of body, mind, and heart.

Today, ask yourself a few powerful questions:

👉 What parts of your inner world have you been avoiding?
👉 What thoughts or emotions need your attention?

Take a breath, lean in, and give your inner world the same care and devotion you give your body. Because real health begins within.

My November sound bath dates are set!

I'm adding an extra sound bath for November as we move into holiday season (and the extra stress that often comes with it).

I'm also trying out some new days/times as I know my typical Wednesday nights don't work well with some of you.

This is why I make it a priority to sit in stillness each day. I do it right when I wake up and try to start my day from a place of calm and clarity.

It's not always easy. Some days I feel the pull to get started on my day and jump in to emails and see if I have any important texts from the night before, or start on a project I'm excited about. I think that's pretty normal. Most days though, I'm drawn to that stillness like you might be to morning coffee. It has become such a staple of my day that I can't imagine getting going without it.

It's taken me years to get to this point and I have no doubt it helps me face the day with more clarity in my decisions and my responses to the crazy world around me.

One of my favorite tools to use is Insight Timer - a great, free app with thousands of different meditations. What are your favorite resources and tips?

Imagine your mind as a pristine lake—when it’s turbulent and stirred up, nothing is visible. But when it becomes still, you can see straight to the depths.

In the same way, clarity emerges when we root ourselves in calm.

When you allow yourself to slow down, to breathe, and to respond instead of react, everything begins to shift.

Peace is not passive—it’s powerful. From a calm heart, clarity arises, wisdom flows, and the choices you make align with your highest self.

Choose peace first, and let your actions flow from that sacred space.
