What a great week at the barn! Last weekend, our vision board workshop was amazing and I loved watching 7 women design their 2026 with intention around how they want to show up this year, and what kind of energy they want to invite into their lives!♥️ We used a fun and unique process. And our second yin/sound workshop was sold out and we are super excited for our March session. Two new women’s groups kicked off and I can’t wait to witness how everyone grows and connects this year. So much goodness!

This is not the typical vision board gathering. It’s a modern, wellness-centered reset that invites you to design your year from the inside out.

My cup is full! We had a beautiful group on yesterday for a private sound bath to wrap up our year-long wellness mastermind group. It’s been an absolute honor hosting these kick-ass women throughout 2025, on a journey to live our best lives, sharing wins and challenges, lots of laughs and also some tears. Most importantly, we have built a community of like-minded women who support each other along our similar but always unique paths. I’m so happy we will be continuing our gatherings together for another year!

Thank you to each and every one of these amazing women who have shown up, been vulnerable in sharing their stories and continue to prioritize their well-being. We missed a few of you yesterday but you were there in spirit with us. You are all deeply inspiring to me and 2026 is gonna be amazing!
