✨ Restoring Balance for Better Movement — Meet Debra! ✨
At Restore Motion Physical Therapy, we see a lot of patients who struggle with pain that seems to “come out of nowhere.” One common cause is something called an anatomical leg length discrepancy — when one leg’s bone structure is naturally a little shorter than the other.
This difference can cause the pelvis to tilt, which then affects how the hips, back, and surrounding muscles move and feel. Over time, that imbalance can create tightness, discomfort, or changes in posture.
The good news? Targeted stretching and strengthening can make a huge difference.
With patients like Debra, we focus on:
✔️ Reducing tightness in the gluteal muscles
✔️ Improving pelvic mobility
✔️ Restoring better alignment
✔️ Decreasing strain on joints and soft tissues
In this photo, Debra is working through one of her mobility exercises—and doing an amazing job! Her dedication has helped her move more comfortably and confidently in her day-to-day life.
We’re proud of her progress and honored to be part of her journey toward better movement and less pain. 💙
If you’ve been dealing with persistent hip, back, or pelvic discomfort, we’re here to help you find the root cause and get you back to feeling your best.
