"Spoiling the Nest". Senior year can feel like both a celebration and a collision course at the same time. Teens are on the edge of freedom. They are focused on college, careers, or other adventures, and they can’t wait to turn 18! Parents are holding on tight. There are many important decisions to make and work to do towards those decisions, that parents can become more overbearing and more controlling and critical than normal. That push-and-pull between the teens need for individuation and the parent’s need for control often sparks what therapists call “soiling” or “spoiling the nest.” It’s when home life gets tense just before a big launch. This post unpacks what’s happening, what signs to expect, and, most importantly, how to prevent disconnection so both parents and teens can enter the next chapter feeling close, not combative.

Feb 6th, is the beginning, of the end of your toxic relationships! Get out, stay out, and don’t repeat the same patterns again.

Have you tried to change your relationships and you just keep ending up in the same place? It’s because the relational trauma you experienced in your earlier life, wired you emotionally to be vulnerable to relationships with narcissists and emotionally abusive partners. The time to end your participation in these relationships is now!

We can help you do this.

In a supportive circle of women, you will learn about narcissistic abuse recovery, gaslighting, love bombing and other tactics abusive partners use. You will learn what co-dependency is, relational trauma, trauma bonds, and wounded attachment patterns. You will learn strategies to disconnect from these patterns, and identify future abusers to prevent new traumatic relationships. You will learn how to set healthy boundaries, recover your self esteem, self-worth and identity so you can feel loveable and worthy again. And, most-importantly, you will learn to stop living from fear, and lean-into healthy ways of loving and being loved.

When? Begins Thursday 6pm, February 6th
Where? Our Old Bridge Office Location
Cost? 60$ a session.

Other Details – The group holds space for 7 or 8 women. If you are interested, join at the beginning. We will be reading books, in addition to the group, and the effects are cumulative. The first round of this group will last about 6 months. There are no walk-ins, you must be pre-admitted.
