Sugar is something that many of us love. How can something that tastes so good be so bad? Or is it? Many people associate sugar with weight or fat gain. But sugar doesnt directly cause fat gain. Studies show that it isnt the sugar itself but the calories. Although most things with added sugar do pack on calories, it's okay to indulge in a bit of sweets every now and then. The main focus for weight loss is burning more than you take in. Also making sure that the calories you do take in are rich in nutrients. So every once in a while its okay to treat yourself. Just don't make it a habit!
