Join us this Wed, Oct 1 (Niantic) OR Fri Oct 3 (Madison) for a special evening of "Healing with the Voice and Sound Bath Journey" from 6:30-8pm!
Learn to use the voice to calm the nervous system and return to a place of peace! You will learn the power of humming! Learn to chant easy Bija seed mantras: ancient single syllable sounds; and fall deep into meditation using the voice. These easy and fun techniques all help clear and balance the chakras seven energy centers of the body, especially the throat chakra. Chanting mantras is a spiritual practice found within many religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, and Christianity and practiced in secular contexts like yoga and meditation; like singing or listening to music, mantras ground and center you.
During the second part of the class you will get comfortable in a seated or lying down position and be swept away into bliss with the sounds of a multi-instrument sound bath journey! Below is an original meditation composition I created with voice and guitar for the Goddess Green Tara, the goddess of Compassion and the removal of suffering such as fear and anxiety. enjoy! 💚☮️☯️
