Our Easter egg hunt may have moved to the gym, but it was just as exciting! Our STEPS students had a blast hunting for candy-filled eggs and solving a logic puzzle.

Thank you to everyone who participated in last week’s “Watercolor and Sound” APG Event 🌊🧘!

💙 Last Thursday, our staff members collaborated with local artist, Jen, and our very own , certified in the fundamentals of sound healing.

💙 We cultivated a calming space of mindfulness, creativity, and self-expression. Clients (and staff members) were invited to use watercolor techniques while listening to the meditative sound of singing bowls.

Broken but beautiful.

Kintsugi 🪷 is the Japanese art of mending broken objects with gold.

Clinical coordinator, Karen, LPC, led a group a clients in this traditional practice. Kintsugi teaches us how to celebrate and value the imperfect, broken parts of ourselves rather than disguising or tossing them away.

The mission of PROJECT COURAGE is to provide comprehensive care for families and individuals affected by addiction. To address our mission, PROJECT COURAGE integrates clinical, physical, and emotional support in their intensive outpatient (IOP), in-home Recovery Support Services (RSS), and outpatient programming, all of which include a strong family piece.
