If you have kids or work with kids, tune in.
This hit me hard… as a parent and a pediatric SLP.
➡️ Kids do their best when they feel connected, supported, and safe enough to try.

Every moment of warmth, consistency, and follow-through is a marble.
That jar becomes trust.🔗
And trust is what makes kids brave enough to communicate, take risks, learn, and actually grow.
So if progress feels stuck…
If your child seems to be struggling…
If you’re seeing “avoidance” or shutdowns…
☝🏼Check the jar first
Fill it. Protect it.
Prioritize connection over everything else.
Over the program you bought.
Over the strategy you’re trying.
Over the tips and tricks the people you see online.
Those tools help, but they work best when the jar is full.
