Hello & Happy Saturday from your hosts, Cayla & Sarah!

As we quickly approach the end of the month of March, we wanted to pop on here and remind everyone that we that applications are currently still OPEN, but will be CLOSING fairly soon as of March 31, 2024.

After it's closing, we will announce our lineup of vendors, events, and more April 1, 2024.

We also just want to take a moment here to say thank you for everyone who has been showing us love with our event, and past events. We are truly overwhelmed with joy we are by the enthusiasm everyone has been showing.

We have been reading your applications and seeing you invite your friends to our event, and we cannot wait to share with you what the fair this year has in store.

Let's just say.. you won't want to miss out on this one.

So mark your calendars, and if you've been debating on sending in that application, get them in now!

Have you always wanted to be part of something with like minded individuals that celebrates all things healing and uplifting to all parts of your soul? Look no further! ✨

We are excited to begin planning for the 3rd Annual The Holistic Healing & Wellness Fair ! The date for this year is August 11th from 11 am - 4 pm, and as always, at the lovely Lincoln Park Pavilion in Olean.

With our overload of interest in vending this past year and long wait list, we have decided to do things a little differently this year. This year, we will be carefully looking over each application. As we stated in the past, we only have a specific number of spots available at our location (~33). This being said, we want to ensure that we intentionally curate the fair, have great variety, & everyone who is interested gets a chance of being part of our fair; instead of our usual first come, first serve basis.

*Please do not be discouraged if your application is not accepted this year. It may just be simply due to an overlap in services, or number of spots being filled. We appreciate ALL of your interest in the fair and enthusiasm to join! & We greatly encourage you to apply again next year, or for future events, and of course, come hang out at our event! *

The Holistic Healing and Wellness Fair hosted by Sarah Swinko of Naturally Grounding and Nacayla Arielle of Witchy Hippie Shop — is returning to Olean, New York for our 3rd year in a row! 💫

✨Hi!! From The faces behind the event!✨

We’re Sarah & Cayla! We’re the hosts of Olean’s Holistic Healing & Wellness Fair !

Our story & Why we do what we do:

We became friends a few years ago while randomly meeting at a cacao ceremony, and our conversation developed from “Hi I’m blah blah blah” quickly to talking about ufos and the meaning of life.

Needless to say, we became best friends!

After months of getting to know each other we decided we wanted a place in our community that other people (weirdos 😉) like us could feel free to be themselves and share their gifts!

The holistic community has not only healed us both individually from struggles of mental health, but it has helped us grow and brought us so many new connections with others.

We wanted that for you all too.

To celebrate, connect, and to share with the community that there are so many different paths we can take when it comes to taking care of you!

So that is why we created The Holistic Healing & Wellness Fair.

& We are so happy how it has turned out in the last couple years. Growing and evolving, just like all of us each year.

We cannot wait to see what the future brings.

But we thank you, and all of the holistic community for being a part of our story and our journey to now.

After months of planning.. we did it! & With only one dash of rain too!

This year we had over 30 amazing vendors booked! From candles to readings, to farming and reiki— We had you covered!

Along with our special events of breathwork meditation, crystal crafts, yoga and ecstatic dance!

We want to give a huge thanks to everyone who joined as a healer (vendor) this year, and to those who came and supported all of them!

The day would not be as magical as it was without all of you! Here’s to another year in the books!

We can’t wait to see you all again next year!
