🎷 Uptown Olean Music & Art Walk
On 10/3 from 3-7pm come walk North Union St. to see local musicians and artists and be in great company! The Wellspring will be set up in front of the studio from 5-7pm with some kids activities and homeschool class info. For details: Uptown Olean Music and Art Walk

🧘‍♀️ Saturday Morning Yoga
Join Kelly to follow your feel good with this vinyasa class for all levels. Several Saturdays in October: 10/4, 10/11, 10/25 from 9-10am. Cost: $15 drop in or use your Wellspring pass!

🫶 Infertility and Loss Support Group
Join us as we gain a sense of empowerment, control, and hope with the guidance of a trained facilitator who continues to walk this journey. Sunday 10/5 from 11:30pm-1pm. Donation based.

🪐 Astrology Club with Sarah S.
Join Sarah S. (Naturally Grounding ) on 10/5 from 4-6pm to discuss the astrology near the Full Moon. Card reading included. Cost: $15 sliding scale.

🎨 2D & 3D Kids' Art with Stacie
Join Stacie, local elementary art teacher, for many different 2D and 3D options for kiddos to get artsy in the studio. October projects feature: Cardboard Haunted Houses, Tic Tac Toe Candy Dishes, Halloween Sensory Art for the littlest ones, and Day of the Dead Nicho Boxes. 🌿 Gratitude Yoga with Jessie
Jessie is leading a 6 week series of yoga and journaling on Tuesdays at the studio from 6-7:15pm. No need to attend all six sessions but the themes do build. Just in time for Thanksgiving. $15 drop in or use your Wellspring pass! All levels welcome.

🕺 Creative Movement with Hannah
Join Hannah Forrest for a playful, creative kids movement class from 10-10:45am on Saturday 10/18. For kids ages 2-5 years. Cost: $10 per kid, $20 max per family. Please come anyways if this cost is prohibitive and just pay what you can! *Preregister for Hannah's movement and Leah's music class this month to save $5 per family!

🫶 Infertility and Loss Support Group
Join us as we gain a sense of empowerment, control, and hope with the guidance of a trained facilitator who continues to walk this journey. Sunday 5/4 from 11:30pm-1pm. Donation based.

🤰 Prenatal Yoga
Join Jessie, birth educator, yoga instructor and mother of 4, for an opportunity to be with your growing baby and body in a safe environment to move and share your experience. On 5/5 and 5/19 from 5:30-6:30pm, we offer tea at the end and a mother's discussion to build community with women that are walking a similar path. Cost: $15 drop in or use your Wellspring pass, if cost is an issue please PM as I do not turn anyone away for lack of funds - this offering is for any mother at any stage in her pregnancy.

😸 Cawnie's Creative Kids - 5/9
Join Cawnie for an intuitive and creative experience to express yourself! Ages 6-8 (5 yr old can participate but needs a parent present) will be painting and embellishing a cat mask to wear! Show up at the Uptown Olean Music & Art walk on June 6th to support our community! (No need to attend in order to do this class). Cost: $20 per kid, $10 per extra sibling

🐈‍⬛️ Cawnie's Creative Kids - 5/16 & 23
This two class series is for ages 9-12 (older kids can join if interested) where Cawnie will lead them in an intuitive painting experience to create a “psychedelic” cat! This art is planned to be displayed for the Uptown Olean Music & Art Walk on June 6th. Cost: $20 per kid, $10 per extra sibling.

A mother daughter circle for girls ages 10-15; pre-registration is required. This program is a monthly gathering, we lean in on one heroine in history per circle - honoring her character traits we'd like to carry on, discuss topics surrounding this heroine, share food and drinks, and enjoy a creative project bringing it all together. This program shifts in the schedule, PM for more info. Cost varies.

On Sunday 5/18 from 3-5pm. An intentional group for men to gain insight on constructive communication, healthy relations, confidentially share their struggles and triumphs, and get to know themselves and their brothers in this community. Donation based.

Prenatal yoga is back and starts Monday 3/17!

Join Jessie Lampack Slattery, registered yoga instructor, birth educator, doula, and mother of 4 on Mondays at the Wellspring! This class is an opportunity to connect with other women on a similar path, stay in touch with your growing baby, and in tune with your beautifully pregnant body! This class is open to all stages of pregnancy. $15 drop-in fee or use a Wellspring pass; however, if you do not have the funds for this program currently, please PM us as we do not turn anyone away!
