🏥 Important Announcement: Our Cuba Clinic Is Moving!

Dear Patients,
We are excited to announce that Universal Primary Care’s Cuba location will soon be moving to a new location to better serve you!
Our new address starting Monday 01/05/2026 will be:

📍 140 West Main Street, Suite 1, Cuba, NY 14727

What this means for you:
• Our current location will remain open through Friday 12/19/2025.
• Patients scheduled Monday 12/22 through Friday 01/02 will be seen at our Olean clinic temporarily, located at 135 N Union St, Olean, NY 14760.
• Starting Monday 01/05/2026, all appointments will take place at our new clinic.
• Your care team, services, and phone numbers will stay the same — only our location is changing.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our new, more comfortable space with improved access and a warmer environment!

Our telephone lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the health center is closed, your call will automatically be forwarded to an answering service and they will connect you to our on-call provider.

SALAMANCA CLINIC ANNOUNCEMENT:

Unfortunately, our Salamanca clinic will be closed tomorrow (Friday 10/24) due to an internet and phone outage in the area.

All scheduled patients will continue to be seen by their provider in our Olean Clinic, located at 135 N. Union St.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our patients.

Universal Primary Care is excited to announce a couple of updates for our women’s health patients and their ultrasounds!

UPC secured a grant from the New York Health Foundation to obtain new ultrasound equipment in our Olean and Salamanca clinics, this has been installed and is in use now – so exciting!

We were excited and honored to dedicate our ultrasound room in Olean to Dr. Zimmermann upon her retirement!

Lastly, we are beyond excited to share that our Bradford clinic will begin doing ultrasounds in-house starting the week of November 4th and they will be available every Thursday and Friday!
