🏥 Important Announcement: Our Cuba Clinic Is Moving!

Dear Patients,
We are excited to announce that Universal Primary Care’s Cuba location will soon be moving to a new location to better serve you!
Our new address starting Monday 01/05/2026 will be:

What this means for you:
• Our current location will remain open through Friday 12/19/2025.
• Patients scheduled Monday 12/22 through Friday 01/02 will be seen at our Olean clinic temporarily, located at 135 N Union St, Olean, NY 14760.
• Starting Monday 01/05/2026, all appointments will take place at our new clinic.
• Your care team, services, and phone numbers will stay the same — only our location is changing.
