As this year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to each of you.

Thank you for trusting me with your stories, your growth, and the parts of your lives that matter most, your hopes, your challenges, your families, and the people you care about. It is never taken lightly when someone allows me into their world, and I am deeply honored to walk alongside you in that process.

This year has been filled with courage, hard work, reflection, and resilience. Whether your journey included small steps, major breakthroughs, or simply showing up when it was difficult, your effort and openness are what make this work meaningful.

I am grateful for the trust you placed in me and for the opportunity to support you. As we move into a new year, I wish you continued growth, peace, and moments of rest and clarity.

Hey there. You’re not “doing it wrong.” You’re grieving.

One thing about grief is, it loops, spirals, and sometimes it feels like it’s eased, then suddenly there is a flood of emotions.

If you're grieving, be gentle with yourself. You don’t have to “move on” or “get over it.” You only have to move through it.

Whether your grief is fresh or years old, it deserves space, compassion, and support. There’s no specific way to grieve, only your way.

Grief is not a problem to be fixed, it’s a process to be honored.
Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a dream, or a former version of yourself, know this: your feelings are valid. There’s no “right” way to grieve, no schedule to follow. Some days will feel heavier than others. Some moments may also bring unexpected peace. Just remember, give yourself grace!

Dissociation is when your mind disconnects from your thoughts, feelings, memories, or even your surroundings. For some, it feels like “spacing out” or “going numb”. For others, it’s like watching life happen through a glass window. It’s like, you’re there….but not really there!
