I’m big time overdue with posting. First of all, Meta has sent me a message saying I posted something that is against their policy and standards, so they are taking down my website. As you know, I don’t post often. My posts are uplifting and educational in showing my progress with MS. So, this is probably my last post before being taken down.
I have been in remission for over 12 years. I feel fantastic! People are shocked when I tell them I have MS. They can’t believe what I told them because I’m loaded with energy and am always positive and upbeat. My food choices, life path, and prayers have literally changed my life in a wonderful way!
If you want to know more, contact me. I give free public presentations and entertain questions from my audience. If you just want to ask me questions without going to a presentation, no problem. I’ll answer your questions to the best of my ability.

It’s time to update you on my progress with MS. I’m still in remission! It’s been nine years of feeling awesome with no pain. Going on the recovery diet for one year, then slowly taking away the supplements, but maintaining a healthy lifestyle and finding good in everything, I am so very happy and healthy! It was a difficult recovery year back in 2012, but it was well worth being strict with what I ingested!
People are shocked when they learn that I have MS because I have no symptoms, I’m full of energy, I’m active in our church, and I volunteer my time helping others. In my spare time, I’m creating new designs on lamps and furniture. I have my third book, Rocks, Socks, and Ugly Underwear, with my publisher, and book number four has been started!
My belief in God is crucial for remaining healthy. He wants His children healthy and happy, but He gives them free will to do what they want with their bodies. I’ve chosen to keep His vessel (my body) healthy by watching my intake. You truly are what you eat!

By the way, I only took Acthar (which was five shots) at the beginning of my fight. It only gave me two weeks of peace, then the MS came back worse than it had ever been! That showed me that I didn’t want to rely on the MS medicine. I relied upon healthy food (and prayers to God) as my medicine and I slowly saw an amazing transformation! Life is good!

Overusing your neck, back and shoulder muscles causes strain on your spine. This usually occurs when you're looking forward and downward for extended periods of time on your cell phone, computer, or e-reader. While technology can add convenience to our lives, there is no doubt that texting can be a pain in the neck!

Well, it's official! Scott and I are beginning our second book! We've had so many people ask for a second book, so it's now in the makings! Loads of research already done and loads to go, I am so excited to be able to write this book with my Scottie!
If you want anything special addressed in this book on ultimate health, please let us know! This book is for our readers so they can learn of the latest research on improving the quality and quantity of our lives!

If anyone is in the Kansas area on May 11, Scott and I will be giving a presentation. The presentation is at Heritage Methodist Church in Overland Park, Kansas. We will be discussing how I overcame my MS and Scott's latest research on health.

For those who keep asking me if our second book is done, Scott and I will finally begin the task next week. I've been a little preoccupied with my family and haven't felt God's nudge until now through people who only know me through reading my book. I'm so thankful they want another book! So, this laptop will be going with me wherever I go! Keep us in your prayers that this book will be God-driven, not Scott or Karen-driven!

Well, it's been a while since I've posted what's happening. I am happy to announce that Scott and I have purchased a home in Florida where we will teach people how I overcame MS. This is my pay it forward because God gave me a second chance at a healthy life. It's time for me to help as many as I can. Our retreat is for anyone who wants to improve their health. We have several support staff ready to make your retreat awesome! Not only will we have our health retreat, but we will have spiritual retreats and "spoil me" retreats!
