FYI......Don't hit the snooze button. Get up when your alarm rings. As soon as the alarm rings count down from 5 to 1 and get out of bed. If you can rely on yourself to get out of bed when the alarm rings, you can rely on yourself to do all the other hard things.

The science: when you hit the snooze button, you drift back into sleep which puts you back into a 75 to 90-minute sleep cycle causing you to feel groggy because you disrupt that cycle when the alarm goes off again
