As a reminder, we are in the thick of data collection for our CHOICE regional well-being survey. The information collected in this survey will support future decision-making by helping ensure that any investments or strategies we pursue as an organization or region are in alignment with community priorities.

If your organization has an active social media presence, we would be incredibly grateful if you would share the below post from CHOICE's page on your own channel to encourage participation among your community. We currently have 99 responses to the survey, and we hope to at least double that before the survey closes at the end of the month. Your support in promoting the survey would be greatly appreciated.

Additionally, if you have any ideas or upcoming opportunities for us to table, attend events, or groups with whom we should consider conducting interviews or focus groups, please let us know! It is important to us that we hear directly from community members about what impacts their ability to thrive and live their best lives.
