Jacki will open our time together by creating a safe, shamanic container - a sacred space for us to breathe, learn, and be held.

We’ll be exploring a simple but powerful idea: the triple helix - Self, Shadow, and Source. Think of it like three strands of who we are, weaving together.

Self - the “you” that shows up in everyday life.
Shadow - the parts we usually try to hide, but that actually carry a lot of wisdom.
Source - the greater love and energy that flows through everything.

When these three strands come together, we feel more whole, more alive, more ourselves.

I’ll guide us through a gentle hypnosis to help you experience this for yourself, and then we’ll practice bringing what we’ve learned into the body so it’s something you can carry forward into your life.

This is for anyone — whether you’re just starting out on your spiritual journey or have been walking it for years. All you need is an open heart and curiosity.
