What if it’s not just your thyroid? 👀

So many of these symptoms get labeled as “thyroid issues”…

but the thyroid doesn’t work in isolation.

It relies on:
• your liver to convert hormones
• your gut to absorb nutrients
• your minerals to actually run these processes

And when one (or more) of those pieces is off…
your body can start to look hypothyroid—even if the thyroid itself isn’t the root cause.

This is where I love using HTMA.

Because instead of guessing, we can look at:
⚡ mineral imbalances (like low potassium or magnesium)
⚡ stress patterns (hello elevated calcium shell 👀)
⚡ how your body is actually responding to stress + energy demands

All of which directly impact how your thyroid functions.
Because symptoms are messages…

and your body is usually telling a much bigger story.

Your body was designed to get what it needs from food.

Real food.

When food stays close to its natural form, it brings the minerals your body relies on for energy, hormones, and overall function.

But the more processed it becomes…
the more those minerals get stripped away.

So instead of asking
“What supplement do I need?”

Try asking:
“Where can I add more whole foods in?” 👀

Because food isn’t just fuel—
it’s information for your body.

Men need support too. And no… low energy, brain fog, poor sleep, and stubborn weight gain aren’t just “part of getting older.”

They’re signals.

Hormones—especially testosterone—impact everything from energy and mood to muscle, metabolism, and motivation. And the reality? Modern life is not doing men any favors.
But here’s the good news 👇

You don’t need a complicated protocol to start supporting your hormones.
It’s the basics (done consistently) that move the needle:

• Balanced blood sugar
• Quality sleep
• Strength training + daily movement
• Mineral-rich, whole foods
• Stress support (because cortisol matters more than most people think)

And yes—supplements can be helpful…

but throwing random ones at the problem without knowing what your body actually needs? That’s where things can backfire.

This is exactly why I’m such a big fan of HTMA.

It gives us a deeper look at mineral balance, stress patterns, and what your body is actually asking for—so we can support it with intention, not guesswork.
Because more isn’t always better…
targeted is.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and actually understand what your body needs, this is your sign 👀

Double the salads, double the goodness!

🥗💪 Save time by prepping a few extras for later.

Mason jars are a perfect way to keep them fresh for days in the fridge.

“Leaky gut” isn’t just a buzzword… 👀

It’s what happens when your gut lining gets a little too permeable—

and things that should stay in your gut… don’t.
And suddenly it doesn’t just show up as digestion issues.

It can look like:
✨ fatigue
✨ brain fog
✨ skin flare-ups
✨ food sensitivities

Not random.
Just your body asking for support.

Because your gut isn’t separate from the rest of you…
it’s connected to everything.

For many people, this can be a root contributor behind what they’re experiencing.

Support the gut → support the whole system 🤍

Your hormones don’t work alone.

They rely on minerals to be made, activated, and cleared.
So when things feel “off” …

it might not be your hormones—it might be what’s supporting them 👀

We’ve been taught to call these “hormone issues”

but what if that’s only part of the story? 👀

Because behind the scenes, your hormones don’t work alone.
They rely on minerals to:

✅ send signals
✅ respond appropriately
✅stay in balance

So when minerals are off…
your hormones feel it.

That can look like 👇

• Breakouts or irregular cycles
• PMS or low libido
• Anxiety, irritability, low motivation
• Feeling tired… but somehow still wired

And no—this doesn’t mean your body is broken.
It usually means your body is trying to work with what it has.

This is where we zoom out.
Instead of chasing symptoms…

we start asking better questions:

👉 Are you actually nourished?
👉 Is your blood sugar stable?
👉 Are your minerals being supported—or depleted daily?

Because when you support the foundation,
your body doesn’t have to fight so hard to find balance 💛

Not louder. Not more complicated.
Just more aligned.

I know—that’s what you’ve been told.
But hormones don’t just wake up one day and decide to be chaotic.
They respond to what’s happening underneath.
And more often than not… that’s your mineral status.

If this hit a little too close to home… you’re not alone 🤍

You don’t need a full Sunday reset, color-coded containers, or 3 hours in the kitchen to eat well this week.

You just need a little intention 👇

✨ Boil some eggs
✨ Chop a few veggies + fruit
✨ Portion out snacks so you’re not guessing later
✨ Make one extra meal and freeze half

That’s it.
Because when life gets busy (and it will)…

you’re not relying on willpower—you’ve already made the decision.
And this matters more than most people realize.

When meals are balanced and ready to go →
your blood sugar stays more stable ⚖️
your energy is more consistent 🔋
and your body isn’t constantly playing catch-up

Simple habits like this are what actually support your minerals long-term 💛

Not perfect.
Not complicated.

Just set yourself up a little better than yesterday.

What’s one thing you’re prepping this week? 👇

On todays episode of “that doesn’t look like breakfast”

It may not be traditional, but it is so good and packed with protein & fiber.

Mandarin orange chicken salad with edamame & cabbage.

It also doubles as a legit “clean out the fridge” meal. No particular recipe, just use what you have and dress with a bright sesame-ginger-orange vinaigrette.

You don’t need a perfect workout routine to support your blood sugar…
You just need to move a little after you eat. 💛

That’s it.
No pressure.
No all-or-nothing.
No “I’ll start Monday” energy.

Because even 5–10 minutes of movement after a meal can:

✨ Help your body use glucose more efficiently
✨ Reduce that post-meal crash
✨ Support more stable energy (hello, no 3pm slump)

And the best part?
It doesn’t have to look like exercise.

It can look like:
• Dancing in your kitchen 💃
• Tossing a ball for your dog 🐾
• A quick walk around the block 🚶‍♀️
• Cleaning up after dinner (it counts!) 🧼
• Stretching while your kids run wild

This is one of those “small things that actually move the needle” habits.
And when you stack it consistently?

That’s when your body starts to feel more steady, supported, and resilient.
Because blood sugar balance isn’t about restriction…

It’s about supporting your body in real life.
And movement is one of the easiest places to start.

Which one are you picking today—walk, dance, or “clean the kitchen cardio”? 😄👇
