• tending to our relationship with ourselves
Last spring, I recorded a podcast called Strengthen Your Sense of Belonging. I’ve now created a companion blog to go with it.
Together, they explore how belonging supports mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing — and how we can cultivate it in everyday life.
